My name is Gridi Zguro, I first gained an interest in fitness when I was 10 years old. This interest and passion quickly developed into a passion and since then I have been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient way to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat, through training and nutrition. I graduated from University of Massachusetts Boston with a bachelor's degree in Exercise and health science. I am passionate about helping my clients reach their goals by teaching them how to properly structure and plan their workout to benefit them long term.
This career path was an obvious choice for me as I have a natural ability to coach and motivate people to include fitness and exercise in their lifestyle. Alone with the skills I have developed to be able to design effective goal specific training programs and pinpoint flaws within a client current exercise and lifestyle habits.
